Senior Implementation Manager

Job Description

We’re hiring an Implementation Success Manager to help deliver and scale an enterprise AI platform transforming the behavioral health sector.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and customer success , and who thrives in fast-moving environments where innovation is constant.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding from contract signing through successful go-live
\n
• Map provider workflows and translate them into AI-driven automation (patient outreach, intake, scheduling, etc.)
\n
• Define and track time-to-value milestones to ensure clients quickly see measurable impact
\n
• Configure and refine AI-powered conversational experiences for real-world clinical and operational use
\n
• Manage data migration, integrations, and compliance within regulated healthcare environments
\n
• Deliver training and enablement for providers and staff to maximise adoption
\n
• Analyse system usage post-launch and provide strategic optimisation recommendations
\n
• Act as the voice of the customer , collaborating with product, sales, and engineering teams
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 5+ years in Implementation of SaaS into healthcare industry
\n
• Strong technical literacy , including understanding of AI/LLM concepts
\n
• Experience using CRM and analytics tools to track adoption and KPIs
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
\n
