Clinical Trials Research Administrator

To support the Clinical Trials Office, the full-time Sr Research Administrator Clinical Trials will manage administrative, financial, and regulatory functions of clinical trials, collaborating with Principal Investigators and Study Coordinators to ensure compliance and facilitate training sessions. Key responsibilities Oversee administrative, financial, and regulatory aspects of clinical trials, leading special projects as needed Negotiate contract terms with sponsors and assist in budget negotiations, ensuring compliance with study protocols Conduct training for research staff on Medicare coverage analysis and documentation requirements Required qualifications Baccalaureate Degree in business, health care, biological sciences, or related field At least 5 years of experience in research administration, particularly in clinical trials Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and EMR systems Strong public speaking and training skills Ability to work independently and refer complex issues to supervisors as needed
