As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Horizon Wellness Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care. As part of our team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• A current and valid PMHNP certification and licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with team members.
• A commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care.
