Our client is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join its Human Resources team, supporting employees across the Americas region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of HR, benefits, leave administration, payroll, or employee support experience who wants exposure to Total Rewards, employee benefits, leave management, and compliance in a fast-paced corporate environment - no degree required. In this role, you'll support employee benefits and leave programs including FMLA, disability, accommodations, and absence management, while partnering with HR, payroll, vendors, and employees to help deliver a strong employee experience. What you'll be involved with:
• Benefits and leave administration (FMLA, disability, paid leave, absences)
• Employee and manager support for benefits and leave questions
• ADA accommodations and return-to-work coordination
• Vendor, carrier, and third-party administrator communication
• HR reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking
• Support for Total Rewards initiatives including open enrollment, compensation cycles, and special projects What they're looking for:
• 1-3 years of HR, benefits, leave administration, payroll, or related experience
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, leave administration, or employee benefits preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage confidential information and thrive in a fast-moving environment
