Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a compassionate therapist for assigned clients who are dealing with significant mental health issues, providing tailored support both virtually and, when needed, within local community settings.

• Develop and implement individualized mental health treatment plans that address specific needs and foster empowerment and choice for clients.

• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize on the best approaches for integrated care.

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based screening tools to identify clients’ needs and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with families and other care providers to ensure continuity of care and effective information sharing.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and safety planning for clients when necessary.

• Maintain documentation and reporting to comply with organizational guidelines and ensure timely communication of outcomes and ongoing client needs.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
