Real Estate Paralegal

A well-established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing team in Hauppauge, NY. This is a full-time, fully on-site position supporting a busy residential real estate practice, with a primary focus on deed preparation. Responsibilities Prepare and review deeds and related real estate documents for residential transactions Assist attorneys with residential real estate closings from contract through post-closing Draft, organize, and maintain closing files and supporting documentation Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and municipalities as needed Ensure accuracy and compliance with filing requirements and deadlines Manage multiple transactions while maintaining strong attention to detail Qualifications Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, preferably in residential real estate Strong experience preparing deeds is required Familiarity with New York residential real estate transactions and closing procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems #J-18808-Ljbffr TBG | The Bachrach Group
