Finance Lead, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

Finance Lead position supporting corporate financial planning and analysis at AbbVie, reporting to the Finance Senior Manager. Role involves consolidating financial data, preparing executive analysis, and managing reporting packages for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Support consolidation and reporting for Non-GAAP long-range planning and annual plan processes
- Prepare analytical summaries for directors and VPs supporting executive storytelling
- Compile comprehensive reporting packages for senior leadership and board deliverables
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems and support quarterly earnings deliverables
- Collaborate with Finance Transformation team on enhanced reporting tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 6+ years of finance or accounting experience across multiple functions
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Clear communication of complex financial information to leadership
- Experience with BPC, Power BI, or W-Desk preferred
