Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous virtual sessions using live video to deliver empathic, evidence-based care aimed at fostering client well-being.

• Utilize clinically appropriate questioning techniques to support clients in identifying and articulating their feelings and behaviors, thereby promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

• Employ symptom self-assessments and key performance indicators to tailor and update individualized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives the most effective care possible.

• Conduct therapy sessions that may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and skill-building exercises to address specific emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and grief.

• Document client interactions comprehensively and in a timely manner while adhering to all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse clientele, including adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions. You will help individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes and support their journey towards mental wellness. As a telehealth provider, you will reach clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that your practice is culturally responsive and inclusive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in clinical psychology or counseling is required.

• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license issued by the State of California.

• Strong understanding of clinical principles, methods, and procedures relevant to the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, as well as career counseling practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience providing evidence-based interventions, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy, to individual adults struggling with mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
