We’re looking for a high-performing High-Level Executive Assistant with a great personality and the ability to bring structure and momentum to a fast-moving real estate team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day operations, work well with different personalities, solve problems proactively, and keep people and priorities moving in the right direction.

What you'll get:

Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

PTO and growth opportunities

Compensation:

$60,000 – $65,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Keep priorities, communication, and workflows running smoothly

• Support team members and help maintain accountability

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, projects, and key initiatives

• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions

• Serve as a reliable point person between leadership and the team

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with a personable and approachable style

• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail

• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership

• Solid experience in operations, office management, or team management
