We've built the largest network of its kind and we're growing fast — and the depth and quality of our hygienist network is central to everything we do. The role You own recruiting. This isn't a req-filling job you're building and owning a pipeline of RDHs deep enough that we can move quickly in the markets where we need it most. The work is equal parts sourcing and selling, and it's more consultative than high-volume shift staffing. Hygienists have options; the ones worth recruiting aren't scrolling job boards. You'll find them, earn a conversation, understand what they actually want out of their next move, and stay in front of them until the timing is right. You'll work closely with market managers and account management to align pipeline against real demand. What you'll do Source RDHs proactively across LinkedIn, hygiene associations, schools, referrals, and channels you build yourself Run full-cycle recruiting: outreach, screening, credential and licensure verification, and close Build and maintain warm pipelines in priority markets ahead of demand, not in reaction to it Have real conversations about compensation, schedule, commute, and practice environment — and match accurately, because a bad match costs us twice Partner with market managers to translate demand signals into hiring priorities by geography Keep the ATS/CRM clean; report weekly on funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and source performance Build referral loops inside the hygienist community your best source will be people you've already placed Represent Kwikly at hygiene schools, association events, and online communities What we're looking for 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting or 3+ years in dental, ideally healthcare, licensed professionals, or hourly clinical talent Proven proactive sourcing you don't wait for applicants, and you can describe your outbound motion in detail Comfort selling: you can hold a candidate's attention for six weeks and close them when timing lands Metrics fluency you know your conversion rates and what you did to move them Strong written and verbal communication; hygienists should want to reply to you Organized enough to manage dozens of active candidates without anyone going dark Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities — we move quickly and processes are still being built Bonus Dental or hygiene industry background Experience recruiting for a marketplace, staffing firm, or gig platform Familiarity with state licensure and credentialing requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
