Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Empathic Sage Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and their family dynamics, identifying issues that may include domestic conflict, grief, adjustment to life changes, and communication breakdowns.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with couples and families, utilizing evidence-based interventions and a strengths-based approach to promote healing and communication.

• Provide individual therapy as part of a family-centered treatment plan, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s mental health.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that consider the unique needs and goals of each family member.
\n
• Document progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to track client growth and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client welfare, share insights, and collaborate on providing the best comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n
