Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, nurturing rapport and building trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to high ethical standards.

• Facilitate regular sessions to assess client progress, identify needs, and determine appropriate discharge plans when necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans focused on client goals, and monitor their effectiveness through feedback and progress evaluations.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring that progress notes are current, detailed, and reflective of treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve underserved adult and youth populations, many of whom face challenges that hinder their mental well-being. By offering services remotely, you will help eliminate barriers to care such as transportation and time constraints, thus providing essential mental health resources to those who need it most. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
