About the Role Manufacturo modernizes how the most innovative manufacturing companies build complex hardware. Our customers pioneer the future of aerospace, new space, and next‑gen electronics – and they rely on Manufacturo to manage mission‑critical operations. We are expanding across Europe and looking for an Account Director to drive new business across the region. You will be one of our first sellers in Europe – owning your territory, building pipeline, and closing deals with some of the most exciting industrial companies on the continent. This is a ground‑floor opportunity with real ownership, real equity, and the chance to define how Manufacturo grows in Europe and to grow the scope of your career together with the company. You won't just be selling software. You'll be Manufacturo's face and voice in Europe – an ambassador for a product that's already transforming how the world's most advanced manufacturers operate. You'll shape how we're perceived, where we show up, and how we build trust in a market that values relationships, reputation, and long‑term partnership. This role involves travel – to clients across Europe, and to our teams in Poland, the US, and Japan. If you thrive on building real connections, navigating different cultures, and being the person in the room who opens doors, this is your stage. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle across your European territory – from outbound prospecting to signed contract Identify and engage high‑potential accounts in aerospace, new space, and complex discrete manufacturing Run compelling discovery and demo conversations with technical buyers and executive stakeholders Work hand in hand with a team of BDRs and Pre‑Sales Consultants to build pipeline and deliver a world‑class buying experience Shape how we position and sell in the European market, working closely with executive and product teams Act as Manufacturo's ambassador in Europe – attending industry events, building a regional network, and establishing our brand in key markets Contribute to building our regional go‑to‑market playbook – your insights from the field will directly shape how we grow What We're Looking For 3–6 years of closing experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales, ideally in manufacturing tech or SaaS Familiarity with the European industrial and manufacturing landscape Experience selling to technical buyers – engineers, ops leaders, or C‑suite in industrial companies Network in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing is a strong plus A natural ambassador – someone who builds trust, earns credibility with technical stakeholders, and represents a brand with confidence and integrity Openness to travel across Europe and to our offices in Poland, the US, and Japan – you'll be a truly global member of a global team Self‑starter with high potential who thrives with autonomy and knows how to create structure in ambiguous environments Fluent in English (required); proficiency in at least one European language is also required, with German strongly preferred Why Join Us Be the person who opens Europe for one of the most exciting SaaS companies in deep tech manufacturing Work alongside teams putting rockets into space and pushing the limits of hardware innovation Real ownership, real equity, and a clear path to grow as Manufacturo scales globally A genuinely global role – you'll collaborate with colleagues in Poland, Japan, and the US, bringing the best of all three hubs to your European territory Competitive compensation package; specific benefits and perks may vary depending on your country of residence, in line with local regulations and market standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
