******This job will be located in Greenbelt, MD******
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Medical Receptionist. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service to our patients while efficiently managing front desk operations. While no prior experience is required, fluency in Spanish is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
