Social Media Manager (Fort Lauderdale)

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the next evolution of our social media presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, consumer insights, and performance marketing.

In this role, you'll own the vision, strategy, and execution of our paid and organic social media programs, shaping how our brand connects with consumers across today's most influential platforms and emerging channels. You'll lead a talented team, partner cross-functionally across the organization, and leverage data-driven insights to create engaging content, build brand affinity, and drive measurable business growth.

Social Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute paid and organic social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Shape the future of our social presence by identifying new opportunities, audience trends, and innovative approaches to engagement and growth.
• Own the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns from strategy and planning through launch, optimization, and performance analysis.

Content & Brand Leadership

• Lead the development of compelling social content strategies, editorial calendars, content pillars, and platform-specific playbooks.
• Ensure all content consistently reflects and strengthens our brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
• Identify opportunities to capitalize on cultural moments, industry trends, and consumer conversations to drive relevance and engagement.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Drive paid social strategy and execution, including audience development, testing frameworks, creative optimization, budget management, and performance analysis.
• Leverage social listening, search behavior, consumer insights, and analytics to identify opportunities and inform content and campaign strategies.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations, clearly communicating what to scale, optimize, refine, or discontinue.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing social media team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Creative, Paid Media, SEO, Ecommerce, Analytics, Product, and Legal teams to ensure social initiatives support broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with agencies, creators, and influencers to develop impactful partnerships that extend brand reach and engagement.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably supporting consumer-facing or high-growth brands.
• Proven success developing and executing both paid and organic social media strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, content strategy, and emerging digital trends.
• Experience leading influencer and creator partnerships, agency relationships, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams while remaining hands-on in execution.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, native platform analytics, social media management tools (such as Hootsuite or Agorapulse), and social listening platforms (such as Brandwatch, Sprout Social, or Meltwater).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
