This involves a deep understanding of credit markets, risk transfer mechanisms, and the ability to translate complex financial and insurance concepts into actionable strategies.Core responsibilities include:*Product Development & Management:*\* Leading the design, implementation, and ongoing management of credit and insurance products tailored for the private equity asset class. This encompasses identifying market needs, evaluating potential solutions, and ensuring robust product frameworks.*Strategic Advisory:*\* Providing expert guidance to investment teams and portfolio companies on optimal credit structures, insurance coverage, and risk mitigation strategies.
