Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client in an outpatient context.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, challenges, and goals, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans that prioritize client welfare.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists and social workers, ensuring an integrated approach to care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with New York State regulations and clinic practices, ensuring all records reflect the treatment process and client progress.

• Engage actively in clinical supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest trends in therapy and mental health advocacy.

• Uphold professional ethical standards and maintain licensure requirements, fostering trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to optimize client outcomes and continually adjust treatment plans based on progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive salaries ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Eligible employees will receive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as support for flexible work arrangements.
