Director of Revenue

We are looking for an experienced Director of Revenue to lead revenue accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in San Francisco, California. This role will oversee revenue recognition practices, strengthen controls across the revenue cycle, and partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance with ASC 606. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare-related revenue processes, accounts receivable, and operational leadership in a complex accounting environment. For immediate consideration, please contact Leon Chang directly via Linked-In.Responsibilities:Apply ASC 606/310 to all revenue streams (lending + subscriptions)Create and maintain revenue recognition policies and processesPartner with data engineering to improve revenue data structure and reportingReconcile data across systems; resolve discrepanciesManage month-end revenue close (JEs, recs, variance analysis)Support audits and ensure compliance with revenue standardsMaintain SOX controls over revenue to reduce riskAlign CECL estimates with revenue reporting (ASC 326)Guide proper revenue treatment for new productsLead and develop a strong technical revenue team
