Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to patients in various settings, ensuring personalized, effective treatment plans that encourage recovery and rehabilitation.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies based on each patient's unique needs and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create seamless care pathways for patients, ensuring continuity between different practitioners during absences.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, including strategies for pain management, injury prevention, and maintaining mobility.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly to maintain compliance with health regulations and promote quality care.
• Mentor and assist less-experienced staff as needed, fostering a supportive and educational work environment.
• Uphold high standards of patient care, ensuring professional conduct and positive treatment outcomes at every clinic location.
• Flexibly travel amongst various clinic locations throughout Nevada, with mileage expenses and travel reimbursements covered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The diverse patient spectrum includes orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and age-related mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Nevada.
• A flexible mindset and willingness to adapt to different clinic environments and patient needs.
• Strong clinical skills to assess and treat a diverse range of conditions effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals.
