Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to deliver effective treatment.
• Partner with a range of healthcare professionals—physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists—to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, self-care strategies, and customized home exercise programs to promote ongoing recovery.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and training to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
• Mentor and supervise new graduates and physical therapist assistants, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the clinic.
• Contribute to clinic expansion by delivering exemplary patient care and nurturing positive relationships within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain functionality, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary between $60,000 and $75,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance incentives.
