We’ll support your learning and growth as you develop your career with us and work with people across our business to realise your fullest potential. 職務の目的： 全国展開または地域展開する量販小売業（スーパーマーケット、酒専門店、ディスカウントストア）のビジネス拡大をリード 弊社のラグジュアリーポートフォリオのポジショニング向上のために、消費者とのタッチポイントとして配荷店舗を拡大 メインストリームブランドの継続成長を実現

主な担当業務： 担当アカウントの売上目標の達成と販売促進予算の管理

重要アカウントからのエンゲージメント獲得し、年間協働計画（JBP）の主要ステークホルダーとの合意、および実行

市場データ、POSデータ、顧客への洞察や知見等、様々な情報ソースから機会を発見し、解決策の立案・実行

各主要アカウントへの棚割り提案・交渉を行い商品配荷を獲得・拡大、ショーケース的ディスプレイを実施し、消費者への当社商品のビジビリティ向上

ツール（予算、店頭マテリアル等）を活用した売り上げ目標達成のためのプロモーションプランの立案、実行

新たなトレンドや競合の活動の情報を入手し、その知識をマーケティング、プランニングチームに共有

卸店と協働し直接コンタクトできないアカウントでの配荷拡大、売上拡大を図る

サードパーティーのサービスプロバイダー(マーチャンダイジンザー)を活用した主要アカウントの売上拡大と、マーチャンダイザーに対するコーチングを実施 ケーパビリテイとアカウンタビリティ 主要ステークホルダーと強力な関係を構築する能力や、差別化すべき適切な領域に関する知識
