Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while working from the comfort of your home. Our team operates Monday through Friday, with core business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and some flexibility in scheduling is often required to best meet our clients' needs. This remote setting is also the perfect backdrop for fostering productivity and collaboration through virtual team meetings and case conferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique experiences of each patient.

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions that consider patients' cultural and personal contexts.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns and promote resilience.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic, coordinated, and effective patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health issues, utilizing crisis management techniques.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options while empowering them with information about community resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and agency standards, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in regular case conferences, training sessions on cultural competency, and ongoing professional development to refine therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, cultural nuances in therapy, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy using culturally responsive approaches tailored to diverse populations.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, allowing you to support clients during challenging situations effectively.
