Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), designed to support clients in managing stress, fostering relaxation, and improving overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ specific stressors, mental health challenges, and therapeutic goals, crafting personalized mindfulness practices to meet their needs.

• Guide individuals through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques that enhance self-awareness and develop emotional regulation skills.

• Facilitate virtual group workshops and classes that focus on mindfulness practices, stress management, and building resilience strategies, promoting community and peer support.

• Incorporate mindfulness methodologies into individual therapy sessions, addressing diverse mental health concerns while supporting clients' journeys toward personal growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists and healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic and integrative approach to client care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, mindfulness interventions provided, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
