This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks aimed at fostering client recovery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering clinical services and developing personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ treatment needs and adjusting plans accordingly.

• Collaborating with clients to establish individual service plans, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of care.

• Facilitating the development of coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and essential communication skills to enhance daily functioning.

• Educating clients about community resources and advocating for their needs to facilitate access to these services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients, typically adults aged 18 and older, may experience a range of mental health challenges that jeopardize their stability and independence. You will work with individuals who often struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, providing the necessary support and guidance to help them navigate their unique challenges effectively. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be crucial in empowering clients on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license valid for practice in Arizona, including but not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) .

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean license with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a caring and empathetic nature that facilitates strong client relationships.

• Proficient computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience that would be beneficial for this role includes:

• Prior experience providing direct clinical services, especially in a telehealth or remote capacity.
\n
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies that enhance client engagement.

• Skills related to behavior and anger management, as well as symptom monitoring and management.
\n
• Experience in developing life skills and community living skills among clients.

• Knowledge of family developmental issues to better support clients’ familial contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
