Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying symptoms of mood disorders and evaluating their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each client, ensuring that their specific goals and preferences are prioritized.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, and document all relevant information in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments related to mood disorders and family therapy practices to enhance the effectiveness of client treatments.

Qualifications\n
