Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, establishing a clear understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and preferences of clients, incorporating evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering effective communication and understanding.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and effective management of symptoms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
