Marketing Project Manager

To support the B2B Marketing Automation team, the full-time Associate Marketing Project Manager will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns using a project management platform, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage projects in the project management platform by setting up, organizing, and tracking tasks while maintaining accurate project information and timelines Drive campaign collaboration by owning campaigns end-to-end and aligning stakeholders on strategy, goals, and deliverables Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights from previous campaigns to inform and optimize future strategies Required qualifications 3-5 years of marketing campaign experience with proven program management capabilities Experience with marketing and project management platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement, Power BI, and Asana Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues
