Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Post-Acute Care (PCC), demonstrating the ability to hit the ground running with minimal orientation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in line with established standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
Document all patient interactions and care procedures accurately.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Post-Acute Care (PCC) is required.
Current and valid RN license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
