Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols. This position requires working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care solutions tailored to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and document patient health status and changes in condition.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record vital signs, and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Participate in patient education and advocate for patient needs.
Utilize electronic medical records for documentation and communication.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards.
Support and mentor junior nursing staff as required.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated clinical competence in patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications preferred.
