Brand Manager / Sr Brand Manager – Oncology Biosimilars & Fragmin Temporary full‑time role (12 months) responsible for a high‑impact portfolio of Oncology Biosimilars and Fragmin, delivering performance across both hospital and community settings. Responsibilities Own the strategy and execution Lead the strategic plan and Operating Plan for Oncology Biosimilars and Fragmin Drive execution of the complex biosimilars and multisource portfolio in hospital and community settings Translate strategy into clear, focused priorities Compete to win Operate in a price‑sensitive, tender‑driven, highly competitive environment Drive adoption and defend market position where differentiation is limited Make the right trade‑offs to protect and grow the business Unlock growth Identify and act on opportunities across institutions, GPOs, and community channels Manage growth biosimilars and mature multisource assets with discipline Lead through collaboration Act as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, IKAMs, PSP, Access, and Global GH&B teams (including US) Align stakeholders and drive execution forward Deliver financial performance Own P&L delivery for the portfolio Track performance, manage risks and opportunities, and optimize A&P spend Think ahead Anticipate market pressure points (pricing, contracting, switching) Prioritize where to focus to drive impact Challenge and innovate Bring an entrepreneurial mindset Push for smarter ways of competing in biosimilars Leverage AI to improve speed, thinking, and output Qualifications Experience 8+ years in marketing, including 3–5 years in brand management Experience in pharma preferred; ideally biosimilars, hospital, or multisource environments Strong understanding of GPOs, contracting, and institutional dynamics Experience working with Patient Support Programs (PSP) Business & Technical Skills Strong strategic thinking and planning skills Proven financial acumen (P&L ownership, A&P management) Strong analytical mindset – ability to track and act on performance Strong prioritization skills in a demanding environment Leadership & ways of working Ability to lead without authority and mobilize cross‑functional teams High emotional intelligence and adaptability Collaborative, positive, driven One Pfizer mindset Customer focus Build trust with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and external stakeholders Strong interpersonal presence Mindset Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity Challenge convention and push for innovation Education Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, or related field MBA or Master’s preferred Additional Expectations 10–20% travel required, including field visits, customer interactions, and key internal meetings Language Requirements Proficiency in both English and French is required.
