Job Summary Prepare high-quality dishes in line with Carneros Resort’s culinary standards. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes. Ensure food quality and presentation meet the resort's standards. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Comply with health and safety guidelines. Assist with food storage and kitchen organization. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop). Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high standards.
