Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Himanshu Family & Marriage Counseling Service, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological needs.

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and notes for all client interactions.
\n
• Manage scheduling and ensure that client appointments are organized and up-to-date.

• Utilize a billing service to handle claims, oversee client accounts receivable, and conduct benefit eligibility checks, allowing you to focus primarily on therapeutic services.

• Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in working with a diverse client population, adapting your therapeutic approach based on individual needs and symptoms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and age groups. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction-related challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential performance bonuses. Additional benefits include:
