Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, utilizing standardized assessment tools where appropriate.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Create and execute tailored treatment plans by setting realistic goals and determining effective interventions based on client-specific needs and preferences.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including risk assessments and safety plans to ensure the immediate well-being of clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
