Staff Accountant

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join their client's dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts. Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes. Conducting internal audits and reporting findings to management. Ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and internal procedures. Providing support to the accounting department in various financial operations. Analyzing financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the attention of the Senior Accountant. Preparing documentation for external auditors. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Monday through Friday, first shift. Pay range from $28 to $35 per hour.
