As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Maxim Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in your practice.

• Providing education and support to clients and families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitoring client progress diligently and adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
