Human Resources Information System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to manage, optimize, and support an organization’s HR technology environment. This role will serve as a key partner to HR, Payroll, and IT, helping ensure HR systems operate efficiently while supporting a positive employee and manager experience. Key Responsibilities: HRIS Administration & Optimization Serve as a subject matter expert and system administrator, managing configuration, security, functionality, and workflows across HRIS modules. Continuously optimize HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience. Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to identify and implement system enhancements. Manage system releases, testing, and integrations to ensure system stability and performance. Data Management & Reporting Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data. Build and deliver reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into people-related metrics. Support data-driven decision‑making by providing reliable HR analytics. Partner with HR Operations and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable HRIS solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and coordinate with vendors and support teams as needed. Provide training and ongoing support to HR users. Support HR transformation initiatives and ensure HR technology aligns with evolving business needs. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the employee lifecycle. Partner with HR leadership on projects that enhance the overall HR technology ecosystem. Qualifications 5+ years of HRIS administration experience. Hands‑on experience supporting HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Benefits modules strongly preferred. Experience with HRIS configuration, workflows, reporting, and system administration. Experience managing system releases, testing, and integrations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Experience in a fast‑paced or transformation‑focused environment is a plus. Experience with integrations such as API and SFTP preferred. Experience with HR analytics tools such as Power BI preferred.
