Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The candidate must be currently managing commercial properties in high-traffic public areas. We do not install at multi-families, apartments, condos, or home living locations. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential commercial properties for installing parcel lockers, focusing on high-traffic areas and famous locations. Build and maintain relationships with property owners and property management companies to secure lease agreements and partnerships. Negotiate installations (we pay for everything). Coordinate site inspections, due diligence, and feasibility assessments to assess suitability and readiness for installing parcel lockers. Requirements Strong network of relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders in high-traffic areas. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to identify and secure strategic locations for commercial purposes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
