Job Summary: Are you an energetic, goal-driven professional with a passion for connecting people with technology? Visual Edge IT is seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive new business, and deliver solutions that give our clients a competitive advantage. This position offers a competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure, with additional bonus opportunities for top performers. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $100,000+ annually, with no ceiling on your earning potential. Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions. Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services to customers. Manage leads from marketing efforts and convert them into closed sales. Build additional opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews. Meet or exceed assigned sales quota. Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree preferred. Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems independently. Ability to assess customer needs and deliver clear, compelling solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous sales experience preferred.
