Remote: Account Executive (Sales)

Relocation Opportunity | Northern Wisconsin Heartland Communications Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead our successful group of three high-power FM stations and one AM station with FM translator. Were looking for a motivated leader with a background in sales who can drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships within the community. Located in beautiful Northern Wisconsin, our area offers over 1,600 lakes, year-round outdoor recreation, affordable living, and an exceptional quality of life. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Will be given an account list with sales leads Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities Build relationships with advertisers, community leaders, and local businesses Ensure FCC compliance and company standards Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in sales We are willing to train the right Account Executive to sell in radio advertising. Proven success in sales and business development Strong communication and organizational skills Valid drivers license, dependable vehicle, and computer proficiency Knowledge of digital sales is preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits $40,000 base salary plus 18% commission opportunity Paid vacation and holidays (including the Friday after Thanksgiving) Gas allowance Health insurance available If youre ready to sell for a successful radio group while enjoying the lifestyle of Northern Wisconsin, wed love to hear from you.
