Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement tailored therapy programs for individuals, assessing their needs through thorough evaluations and initial consultations.

• Provide evidence-based therapy solutions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and social workers to deliver comprehensive care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to streamline processes.

• Engage in continued education and training, attending workshops and seminars to stay abreast of recent advancements in mental health practices and incorporate new knowledge into therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, determined by caseload and experience. Additional benefits include potential client referrals, billing and documentation support to reduce administrative burdens, and a significant sign-on bonus for new LPC hires.
