In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proven ability to build strong therapeutic relationships, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, preference will be given to applicants with direct telehealth experience or expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
