Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through video sessions focusing on individual adults facing various mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to create coordinated treatment plans that enhance client care.

• Employ standardized assessments and measurements to accurately track client symptoms, functional improvements, and progress towards their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates are adept at treating a diverse client base, including adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, from anxiety and depression to more challenging issues linked to trauma and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (required).

• Current independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) in Washington State.

• At least one year of experience in an independent practice setting.

• Ability to provide teletherapy services with a strong understanding of digital health tools.

• Two or more years of recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
