Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Associate, you will:

Build relationships with clients and help them understand important life-insurance benefits
Develop new business through outreach, marketing, and community engagement
Attend team trainings and leadership development sessions
Represent ASM and Lincoln Heritage with professionalism and purpose
Grow into leadership roles through our structured advancement path
