Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Develop effective, individualized treatment plans that promote client engagement and emotional wellness.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

• Set therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure progress.

• Offer teletherapy sessions, utilizing technology to provide care that is both accessible and effective, particularly for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes to uphold ethical standards and facilitate seamless care transitions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license in one of the following: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a varying caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
