Garage Grill in Draper, UT is looking for a Chef to add to our Team! Garage Grill is a fun car-themed restaurant that is high-volume and open seven (7) days per week. We serve a variety of comfort American food and sushi! Our Chef is in direct supervision of our BOH Culinary Staff, food production, scheduling, ordering and maintaining our quality standards. Qualifications: 2 plus years of experience in a high-volume restaurant as a Chef / Sous Chef Experience with Ordering Capable of training staff (Line Cooks and Prep Cooks) Must be able to Speak, Write, and Read in Engish Possess great time management skills Understand various cooking methods, equipment, ingredients, and procedures Speed and Accuracy in handling restaurant needs as they arise Salary DOE but to start is usually between $58K to 65K/year based on experience and is negotiable.
