Demand Planner

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Demand Planner to support forecasting and demand planning activities within multiple business units. This role will partner closely with commercial teams to develop accurate forecasts and improve demand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain demand forecasts.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.Analyze forecast performance and demand trends.Support demand review and S&OP processes.Monitor forecast accuracy and bias metrics.Identify risks and opportunities impacting demand plans.Utilize SAP APO Demand Planning tools.Required QualificationsMinimum 4 years of Demand Planning experience.Combination of Demand and Supply Planning experience may be considered.Experience with SAP APO Demand Planning.Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.Experience supporting commercial planning teams.Experience within complex, matrixed organizations.EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
