We are seeking an experienced and driven Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our top-performing agency. This role offers a competitive base salary of $36,000 - $48,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities, with monthly commissions ranging from $1000 to $12,000/month. Follow up with prospects to close sales and secure new business. Educate customers on Allstate products and protection solutions. Comply with Allstate underwriting, document collection, and office procedures. Manage sales requests, cancellation requests, and customer inquiries within designated timeframes. Requirements Must have at least 1 year of P & C Insurance Sales experience . Candidates must complete the online assessment that is emailed upon applying in order to be considered for this position. Self-starter with a sense of urgency and goal-oriented mindset. Strong computer skills to navigate various programs and systems. Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain motivation.
