Customer Success Manager

Our client, rapidly growing fintech startup is looking for a Customer/Brand Success to join the team! This person will build and deepen relationships with their most important customers - helping drive retention, product adoption, and growth. Customers are consumer brands that rely on our platform for mission-critical banking and financial operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with founders and operators to help them get the most value from the platform while identifying opportunities to expand the relationship.
