Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address client needs and goals.

• Provide timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools to inform decision-making and enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Serve as a point of contact for state agencies, service systems, and community partners to ensure integrated and effective care delivery.

• Participate in quality assurance processes, including licensing and accreditation efforts, to uphold the organization's standards.
\n
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with external organizations to promote services and secure additional resources.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional growth through attending conferences, workshops, and relevant state-level meetings.
\n
• Integrate the agency's mission, values, and philosophy into all aspects of practice to align with our commitment to client-centered care.

• Perform other responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director that enhance the functioning of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
