This full-time position will focus on delivering high-quality mental health care to a diverse patient population from the comfort of their own homes. With a yearly salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, this role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families while working remotely.

Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of a dedicated healthcare team. While our standard work schedule follows Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be some flexibility required based on patient availability and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via telehealth to identify patients' unique needs and develop personalized, actionable treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families through virtual sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and addressing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, discuss treatment options, and guide them to available community resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a collaborative treatment environment and continuing professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, alongside proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating a track record of successful outcomes with diverse populations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Commitment to upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards, alongside sound judgment in clinical decision-making.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications relevant to healthcare.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is highly desirable.
